It seems as if Lil Wayne will be very busy this fall, and we're not talking about with music. Many websites comfirmed last month that Wayne will be expecting a child this fall by the beautiful Lauren London. Well now reports by numerous websites including Mediatakeout.com and Bossip.com, state Wayne is having another baby this fall by long time flame, Nivea. Not only are they expecting a child together, but rumor has it they are engaged to be married later this year... well were glad his last album went platnium because he's gonna need it for all his child support.
